SOUTH CENTRAL GRANT COUNTY IN NEW MEXICO * UNTIL 600 PM MDT * AT 431 PM MDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN 10 MILES EAST OF SEPAR...OR ABOUT 25 MILES WEST OF DEMING... MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH ALONG INTERSTATE 10. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...NORMALLY DRY WASHES AND ARROYOS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.
