* UNTIL 700 PM CDT

* AT 622 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR AND SPOTTERS INDICATED A STRONG 
  THUNDERSTORM OF PRODUCING A TORNADO ALONG THE KEOKUK...WASHINGTON 
  COUNTY LINE...MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
  9 MILES SOUTH OF WELLMAN BY 635 PM CDT.
   WEST CHESTER BY 650 PM CDT.
