MONROE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN * UNTIL 4 PM EDT * AT 220 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WAS OCCURRING...ESPECIALLY ACROSS THE NORTHWEST PORTION OF MONROE COUNTY AROUND DUNDEE...MILAN AND MAYBEE. * THUNDERSTORMS MOVING SLOWLY EAST ACROSS THE AREA HAVE PRODUCED UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN IN ABOUT A HALF AN HOUR WITH POSSIBLY UP TO ANOTHER INCH OR SO THROUGH 3 PM. A SPOTTER REPORT OUT OF MAYBE INDICATED THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH OF RAINFALL HAD OCCURRED IN ABOUT FIVE MINUTES.
