* AT 844 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 7 MILES WEST OF RICKETTS...OR ABOUT 43 MILES
  SOUTHEAST OF SIOUX CITY...MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH.
