THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN DES MOINES HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHEASTERN HANCOCK COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL IOWA
  WINNEBAGO COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL IOWA

* UNTIL 715 AM

* AT 116 AM...THE RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH FLASH FLOOD   
PRODUCING RAINS IN THE WARNING AREA.

* SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL WILL
  CONTINUE OVER THE NEXT THREE TO SIX HOURS. RAINFALL RATES WILL     
  AVERAGE 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR. THIS WILL PRODUCE FLASH 
  IN ALL LOW LYING AREAS.
