BUTLER COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL IOWA THIS WARNING REPLACES THE PREVIOUS FLASH FLOOD WARNING. * UNTIL 330 PM * AT 935 AM...RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH FLASH FLOOD PRODUCING RAINS IN THE WARNING AREA. THESE STORMS EXTENDED FROM SOUTH OF AREDALE THROUGH ALLISON..TO JUST SOUTH OF SHELL ROCK. THESE STORMS WILL MOVE EAST AT 20 MPH. * THUNDERSTORMS ARE CONTINUOUSLY REDEVELOPING...RESULTING IN EXCESSIVE RAINFALL. RAINFALL RATES WILL AVERAGE ONE TO ONE AND A HALF INCHES AN HOUR. RADAR AND SATELLITE ESTIMATES INDICATE 4 TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER THE PAST 6 HOURS. THIS WILL PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING ALONG THE MCCLURE CREEK WEST OF SHELL ROCK AND BOYLAN CREEK SOUTHEAST OF AREDALE. OTHER WARNING LOCATIONS INCLUDE...
