EAST CENTRAL ALBANY COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST WYOMING * UNTIL 930 PM MDT * AT 818 PM MDT...LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED A TORNADO OVER CENTRAL ALBANY COUNTY...OR ABOUT 5 TO 10 MILES NORTH OF LARAMIE...MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH. THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM HAS TURNED MORE TO EAST AND NOW APPEARS IT WILL REMAIN NORTH OF THE CITY OF LARAMIE. THE SAFEST PLACE TO BE DURING A TORNADO IS IN A BASEMENT.
