SOUTHEASTERN LARAMIE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST WYOMING * UNTIL 800 PM MDT * AT 719 PM MDT...LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED A TORNADO OVER NEAR BURNS...OR ABOUT 21 MILES EAST OF CHEYENNE...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH. * OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE PINE BLUFFS AND CARPENTER.
