THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE PA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SULLIVAN COUNTY IN PENNSYLVANIA

* UNTIL 115 AM EDT.

* AT 1017 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A 
LINE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL.

THE SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE TRAINING OVER THE SAME AREA OF 
NORTHERN SULLIVAN COUNTY...AND ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL  
NORTH OF EAGLES MERE AND LAPORTE. RADAR ESTIMATES FROM THE PAST TWO 
HOURS INDICATE UP TO 3 INCHES HAS ALREADY FALLEN...WITH ADDITIONAL 
HEAVY RAIN ADVANCING INTO THE AREA.  RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE 
RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING IN AREAS OF NORTHERN SULLIVAN 
COUNTY FROM SHUNK EASTWARD THROUGH LINCOLN FALLS AND FORKSVILLE TO 
THE DUSHORE.  

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND.
