THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE PA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CLINTON COUNTY IN PENNSYLVANIA

* UNTIL 500 PM EDT.

* AT 200 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER WESTERN 
  CLINTON COUNTY NEAR KETTLE CREEK RESERVOIR. ANOTHER NEARLY
  STATIONARY THUNDERSTORM WAS NEAR GLEN UNION IN CENTRAL CLINTON
  COUNTY.

SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE 
WARNED AREA. DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES BETWEEN 2 AND 2.5 INCHES OF 
RAIN HAS FALLEN IN NORTHWEST AND CENTRAL CLINTON COUNTY FROM THESE 
THUNDERSTORMS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE VERY SLOWLY 
ACROSS THE COUNTY PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAIN. RUNOFF FROM THIS 
EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND.
