* AT 153 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER LIVE OAK 
COUNTY...MOVING NORTH AT 15 MPH. THESE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS 
WILL TRAIN OVER THE SAME AREAS...AND AGGRAVATE ALREADY SWOLLEN 
RIVERS AND CREEKS.

ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
