RICHLAND COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL OHIO... * UNTIL 615 PM EST * AT 512 PM EST NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO 4 MILES WEST OF ONTARIO...OR ABOUT 8 MILES WEST OF MANSFIELD. THIS DANGEROUS STORM IS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 55 MPH. * SOME LOCATIONS NEAR THE PATH OF THIS STORM INCLUDE...
