CRAWFORD COUNTY IN OHIO... RICHLAND COUNTY IN OHIO... * UNTIL 1215 AM EDT * AT 1006 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED BETWEEN 3 AND 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN WITH THUNDERSTORMS SINCE 9PM. THIS HAS RESULTED IN SOME FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS. THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH 11PM AND WILL LIKELY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS. * SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
