THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  KNOX COUNTY IN OHIO...
  MORROW COUNTY IN OHIO...

* UNTIL 145 AM EDT

* AT 1036 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED..NUMEROUS SHOWERS
  AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER MORROW AND KNOX COUNTIES. RADAR RAINFALL
  ESTIMATES SHOW THAT SOME AREAS HAVE RECEIVED 5 TO 7 INCHES OF RAIN
  THIS EVENING.  THE KNOX COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT REPORTED MANY 
  ROADS CLOSED BECAUSE OF FLOODING.  ADDITIONAL FLOODING IS LIKELY
  FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
