* UNTIL 630 PM EDT.

* AT 319 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN
  AREA OF EXCESSIVE RAINFALL OVER THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS AKRON...
  LEWISTON...NIAGARA FALLS...NORTH TONAWANDA AND SOUTH LOCKPORT.

RAPID FLOODING LIKELY WILL OCCUR OVER MANY OF THE SMALL STREAMS AND
CREEKS CLOSE TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED LOCATIONS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED. MOVE TO
