* AT 844 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER VELVA...OR ABOUT 24 MILES SOUTHEAST OF MINOT...MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH.

* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BERGEN...SAWYER AND VOLTAIRE

STREET AND LOWLAND FLOODING IS ALREADY OCCURRING. ADDITIONAL
