  OTSEGO COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW YORK
  DELAWARE COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW YORK

* UNTIL 1130 PM EST.

* AT 729 PM EST...THE DELAWARE COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED 
THAT THE CHARLOTTE CREEK IN THE TOWN OF DAVENPORT WAS OUT OF IT/S 
BANKS AND FLOODING COUNTY ROUTE 11.

ADDITIONAL RAIN...HEAVY AT TIMES...WILL CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT TWO 
HOURS...LIKELY CAUSING ADDITIONAL FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS AND 
CREEKS IN DELAWARE AND OTSEGO COUNTIES.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
