* AT 653 PM EST...CHOCONUT CREEK WAS REPORTED OVER ITS BANKS IN THE 
TOWN OF VESTAL CENTER. OTHER SMALL STREAMS ARE LIKELY TO RISE ABOVE 
BANKFULL IN BROOME COUNTY BEFORE THE RAIN TAPERS LATE THIS 
EVENING.
