* UNTIL 230 PM CDT

* AT 142 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER DECORAH...OR ABOUT 61 MILES NORTHEAST OF
  WATERLOO...MOVING SOUTH AT 20 MPH.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE...

  7 MILES EAST OF SPILLVILLE AROUND 200 PM...
  NEAR CALMAR AROUND 205 PM...

THIS WARNING REPLACES THE TORNADO WARNING THAT WAS IN AFFECT FOR 
WINNESHIEK COUNTY UNTIL 145 PM. AT 140 PM...DECORAH POLICE REPORTED 
ONE HALF INCH HAIL AND HEAVY RAIN IN DECORAY. 

HAIL UP TO THE SIZE OF NICKELS IS LIKELY IN THE WARNED AREA.
