* AT 230 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS NORTHEAST IOWA.     
  THESE STORMS WILL PASS ACROSS THE WARNED AREA THROUGH 530 AM CDT.  
  ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE POSISBLE WITH
