THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LA CROSSE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  GRANT COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN

* UNTIL 200 PM CDT

* AT 1204 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED 
  TO SHOW THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS MUCH OF 
  GRANT COUNTY. SINCE 7 AM...DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED BETWEEN 5 AND 
  8 INCHES HAD FALLEN BETWEEN NORTH ANDOVER AND BEETOWN IN WEST
  CENTRAL GRANT COUNTY. GRANT COUNTY LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED THAT 
  ANHYDROUS TANK WAS FLOATING IN THE WATER JUST SOUTH OF BEETOWN.
