* AT 854 PM CDT...EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED ROADS UNDER
  WATER AND WASHED OUT ACROSS MUCH OF THE WARNED AREA.

* SOME LOCATIONS WHICH MAY BE AFFECTED INCLUDE...

RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 2.5 INCHES HAVE FALLEN OVER THE LAST HOUR IN
