* AT 944 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL 8 MILES NORTHEAST OF   
  BOISE CITY...MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH. NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE       
  DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 3 TO 4 INCHES OVER     
  PORTIONS OF NORTHERN CIMARRON COUNTY.
