WESTERN RENSSELAER COUNTY IN EASTERN NEW YORK * UNTIL 845 PM EDT * AT 443 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN IN WESTERN RENSSELAER COUNTY. * LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE...CENTER BRUNSWICK... POESTENKILL...RAYMERTOWN...WEST SAND LAKE AND WYNANTSKILL. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
