* AT 437 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN IN CENTRAL LITCHFIELD COUNTY.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE...CORNWALL BRIDGE...NEW
  HARTFORD...TORRINGTON AND WINSTED

SOME CREEKS AND STREAMS AFFECTED INCLUDE...OCAIN BROOK...HART
