CENTRAL HERKIMER COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW YORK FULTON COUNTY IN EASTERN NEW YORK CENTRAL SARATOGA COUNTY IN EASTERN NEW YORK * UNTIL 930 PM EDT * AT 435 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN IN FULTON...CENTRAL HERKIMER AND CENTRAL SARATOGA COUNTIES.
