  WORCESTER COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST MARYLAND

* UNTIL 1130 AM EDT

* AT 1030 AM EDT...RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF VERY HEAVY RAINFALL   
  NEAR NEWARK...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED 3 
  TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN TOTAL HAD FALLEN IN THAT AREA...WITH 1 TO 2  
  INCHES IN THE PAST HOUR.

* HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES TO FALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. RUNOFF FROM
  THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO OCCUR. SOME
