  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 5 MILES EAST OF SAN       
  JON...OR ABOUT 20 MILES EAST OF TUCUMCARI...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 
  MPH. A TORNADO CAN DEVELOP AT ANY MOMENT.
