* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHWESTERN MCKINLEY COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL NEW MEXICO

* UNTIL 445 PM MDT

* AT 231 PM MDT...LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED HEAVY RAIN AND 
FLOODING IN DOWNTOWN GALLUP. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY 
RAIN IS MOVING NORTHWEST AT 5 MPH. LOCAL HIGHWAYS AND ROADWAYS IN 
AND AROUND GALLUP WILL SEE HIGH WATER FOR THE NEXT FEW HOURS. 

DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. MANY FLASH
FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.
