* AT 153 PM MST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH A POSSIBLE TORNADO OVER EAST CENTRAL MOHAVE
  COUNTY...OR ABOUT 33 MILES NORTHEAST OF VALENTINE...MOVING
  NORTHWEST AT 10 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN IN THE
