* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA
  THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...BARSTOW...JOSHUA TREE...
  DAGGETT...AND TWENTYNINE PALMS

* UNTIL 350 PM PDT

* THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN CONTINUED TO REDEVELOP OVER AN AREA
  EXTENDING FROM NORTHWEST OF DAGGETT TO JOSHUA TREE NATIONAL PARK. 
  THESE STORMS WERE PRODUCING HEAVY RAINFALL...WITH RATES LIKELY 
  EXCEEDING ONE INCH PER HOUR. SINCE THE AREA OF STORMS SHOWED LITTLE
  MOVEMENT...THIS WOULD INCREASE THE LIKELIHOOD OF A GIVEN SPOT
  RECEIVING PROLONGED HEAVY RAIN. WIND GUSTS NEAR 55 MPH AND HAIL
  ARE ALSO POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGEST STORMS.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. 
STAY OUT OF NORMALLY DRY WASHES OR STREAMBEDS AS THEY COULD BECOME
