  SOUTHEASTERN LINCOLN COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL NEVADA
  NORTHEASTERN CLARK COUNTY IN SOUTHERN NEVADA
  THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...CARP...MOAPA...GLENDALE
  LOGANDALE...OVERTON

* UNTIL 700 PM PDT

* AT 355 PM PDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  A NEARLY STATIONARY THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 7 MILES
  NORTHEAST OF CARP. ANOTHER THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 10 MILES NORTH
  OF MOAPA.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF THE
MEADOW VALLEY WASH FROM CARP DOWN THROUGH MOAPA AND TOWARD LOGANDALE
AND OVERTON UNTIL AT LEAST 7 PM. NEARBY WASHES AND RURAL ROADS WILL
ALSO BE SUBJECT TO FLOODING.
