  WEST CENTRAL SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA
  THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...BARSTOW AND DAGGETT

* UNTIL 730 PM PDT

* AT 432 PM PDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN EXTENDING FROM JUST SOUTH OF
  BARSTOW ALONG HIGHWAY 247 TO 11 MILES NORTHEAST OF DAGGETT...
  MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

* THE THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE TO AFFECT
  THESE SAME AREAS THROUGH 530 PM PDT

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS HAS ALREADY CAUSED FLASH FLOODING 
ALONG HIGHWAY 247 SOUTH OF BARSTOW AND FLOODING ALONG THE GHOST TOWN 
ROAD OFF OF INTERSTATE 15. WASHES AND SMALL STREAMS WILL ALSO BE 
SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. NEVER ATTEMPT
TO CROSS SWIFTLY FLOWING WATER. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATERS
SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
