* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EXTREME SOUTH CENTRAL SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA
  THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...TWENTYNINE PALMS

* UNTIL 500 PM PDT

* AT 200 PM PDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 2 MILES SOUTH OF TWENTYNINE   
PALMS WHICH WAS NEARLY STATIONARY.

* THIS THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL REMAIN NEARLY 
STATIONARY NEAR TWENTY NINE PALMS AND IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TO 
PRODUCE HEAVY RAIN THROUGH 3 PM. 

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF WASHES
AND SMALL STREAMS. ADDITIONALLY...HIGHWAYS...UNDERPASSES AND OTHER
LOW LYING AREAS WILL BE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.
