* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL MOHAVE COUNTY IN NORTHWEST ARIZONA
  THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...KINGMAN...NEW
  KINGMAN-BUTLER...VALENTINE

* UNTIL 115 AM MST

* AT 1015 PM MST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN EXTENDING FROM JUST
  WEST OF VALENTINE INTO THE KINGMAN-NEW BUTLER AREA...AND SOUTHWEST.
  RAINFALL RATES OF UP TO 1.5 INCHES PER HOUR WAS OCCURRING WITH THESE
  STORMS.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS 
IMMINENT. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. NEVER ATTEMPT
TO CROSS SWIFTLY FLOWING WATER. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATERS
