THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TUCSON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHWESTERN PIMA COUNTY IN ARIZONA

* UNTIL 300 PM MST

* AT 1255 PM MST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN NEAR WHY AND OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN EAST OF AJO. DOPPLER 
  RADAR DERIVED RAINFALL INDICATED THAT BETWEEN ONE TO TWO INCHES OF
  RAIN HAS FALLEN. MOTORISTS ON HIGHWAY 85 AND 86 SHOULD USE EXTREME
  CAUTION WHEN ENCOUNTERING DIPS IN THE ROADWAY.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES.
