THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TUCSON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WEST CENTRAL PIMA COUNTY IN ARIZONA

* UNTIL 645 PM MST

* AT 540 PM MST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY 
  RAIN OVER WEST CENTRAL PIMA COUNTY...ABOUT 5 MILES EAST OF         
  WHY...MOVING SLOWLY TO THE WEST.

DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES THAT OVER TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER
HIGHWAY 86 ABOUT 15 MILES EAST OF WHY. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS WITH
VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL BE DEVELOPING WEST TOWARD WHY AND HIGHWAY 85 
THROUGH 600 PM.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...NORMALLY DRY WASHES.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
