THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TUCSON HAS EXTENDED THE

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHEASTERN PINAL COUNTY IN ARIZONA

* UNTIL 800 PM MST

* AT 635 PM MST PINAL COUNTY DISPATCH CLOSED THE HIGHWAY NEAR
  MAMMOTH DUE TO EXCESSIVE RUNOFF.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL KEEP WASHES AND STREAMS
FLOWING IN THIS AREA UNTIL 800 PM.  DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES THAT
LIGHT TO MODERATE PRECIPITATION IS STILL FALLING NEAR ORACLE..SAN
MANUEL AND MAMMOTH. ESTIMATED RAINFALL RATES ARE FROM ONE
QUARTER OF AN INCH TO AN INCH PER HOUR.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
