THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED A
* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
CRAWFORD COUNTY IN NORTHWEST ARKANSAS
SEBASTIAN COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS
* UNTIL 830 PM CST
* AT 442 PM CST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF VERY HEAVY RAIN
WITH EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS OVER MUCH OF CRAWFORD AND SEBASTIAN
COUNTIES MOVING SLOWLY NORTHEAST. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL WILL MOVE
INTO THE WARNED AREA FROM THE SOUTHWEST OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS.
THIS HEAVY RAIN IS FALLING ON SATURATED GROUND...AND IS LIKELY TO
CAUSE FLOODING ACROSS THE AREA.
RADAR INDICATES THAT 2 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN
OVER THE WARNED AREA. ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE
