* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
  WASHINGTON COUNTY IN NORTHWEST ARKANSAS

* UNTIL 200 AM CDT

* AT 1151 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A BAND OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY
  HEAVY RAIN STRETCHING FROM NEAR WESTVILLE TO FAYETTEVILLE TO NORTH
  OF TUTTLE.

  RADAR INDICATES THAT 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN
  OVER THE WARNED AREA AND AN ANOTHER INCH OR SO WILL BE POSSIBLE
  THROUGH 200 AM CDT.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL CONTINUE TO BE AFFECTED BY THE HEAVY RAIN
