THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
  FRANKLIN COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS

* UNTIL 830 PM CDT

* AT 630 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN   
OVER MUCH OF CENTRAL FRANKLIN COUNTY.  THESE STORMS WERE NEARLY 
STATIONARY.

STORM SPOTTERS REPORTED FLASH FLOODING IN THE CITY OF OZARK AT 630 
PM.

RADAR INDICATES THAT 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN OVER   
THE WARNED AREA. ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH   
830 PM CDT.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL CONTINUE TO BE AFFECTED BY THE HEAVY RAIN
  INCLUDE WIEDERKEHR VILLAGE...ALTUS...DENNING AND OZARK.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND
STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...NORMALLY DRY WASHES...AS WELL AS FARMLAND
ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER MAY BE TOO DEEP TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND.
