THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
  MADISON COUNTY IN NORTHWEST ARKANSAS

* UNTIL 515 PM CDT

* AT 216 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 
  OVER NORTHERN PORTIONS OF MADISON COUNTY...ESPECIALLY IN THE 
  VICINITY OF HUNTSVILLE...FORUM AND MARBLE.  FLOODING WAS REPORTED 
  IN THAT AREA AT 215 PM.  

  RADAR INDICATES THAT 3 TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN HAD ALREADY FALLEN OVER
  THE WARNED AREA. ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE DURING THE 
  AFTERNOON.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL CONTINUE TO BE AFFECTED BY THE HEAVY RAIN
  INCLUDE CLIFTY...FORUM...AURORA AND HUNTSVILLE.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER MAY BE TOO DEEP TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
V=EHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND.
