* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
  MADISON COUNTY IN NORTHWEST ARKANSAS
  FRANKLIN COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS

* UNTIL 415 PM CST

* AT 215 PM CST DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY
  RAIN ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 2 MILES NORTHWEST OF WITTER
  TO WIEDERKEHR VILLAGE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 55 MPH...WITH RAIN 
  ALSO OCCURRING ACROSS MUCH OF THESE COUNTIES.

  RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE THAT 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY 
  FALLEN OVER THE WARNED AREA AND STORM SPOTTERS REPORTED FLASH 
  FLOODING IN CHARLESTON.  FLASH FLOODING MAY ALSO BEGIN TO OCCUR IN
  THE REST OF FRANKLIN AND MADISON COUNTIES.
