BROWN COUNTY IN NORTHEAST KANSAS NEMAHA COUNTY IN NORTHEAST KANSAS * UNTIL 545 AM CDT * AT MIDNIGHT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED RAINFALL OF ONE TO TWO INCHES HAD FALLEN OVER PARTS OF NEMAHA AND BROWN COUNTIES SUNDAY EVENING. THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAINFALL ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE OVERNIGHT. * SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED... BERN... ONEIDA... BAILEYVILLE... SENECA... HORTON... FAIRVIEW POWHATTAN... SABETHA...
