THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TOPEKA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  OSAGE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS

* UNTIL 530 PM CDT

* AT 225 PM CDT...FLASH FLOODING WAS REPORTED SOUTH OF SCRANTON ON 
HIGHWAY 56 WITH WATER OVER THE ROAD. OTHER COUNTY ROADS WERE ALSO 
FLOODED DUE TO HEAVY RAIN. RADAR ESTIMATES FOUR TO FIVE INCHES OF 
RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER THE NORTHERN PARTS OF OSAGE COUNTY SINCE LATE 
MORNING. RAIN CONTINUES AT MIDAFTERNOON.
