* AT 435 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  TORNADO 11 MILES SOUTH OF PUNTA GORDA...MOVING NORTH AT 15 MPH.

* THE TORNADO WILL AFFECT...
  WESTERN CHARLOTTE COUNTY.
