THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TALLAHASSEE HAS ISSUED A FLOOD
WARNING FOR LEON COUNTY EFFECTIVE UNTIL 4 AM EDT TUESDAY. AT 1055 PM
EDT...THERE WERE NUMEROUS REPORTS OF SEVERE FLOODING ACROSS MUCH OF
TALLAHASSEE. THIS IS THE WORST FLOODING TO OCCUR IN MANY YEARS. THIS
IS A DANGEROUS SITUATION. RESIDENTS IN LOW LYING AREAS SHOULD SEEK
SHELTER IN HIGHER GROUND. MOTORISTS AND PEDESTRIANS SHOULD NOT
ATTEMPT TO CROSS FLOODED ROADS.
