  EXTREME NORTH CENTRAL PLUMAS COUNTY IN CALIFORNIA

* VALID UNTIL 400 PM PDT

* AT 312 PM PDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
A   SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER NORTHWEST PLUMAS...OR ABOUT 10 MILES 
EAST OF CHESTER NEAR THE COUNTY LINE ALONG HIGHWAY 36. THE CELL 
SHOWED SLIGHT MOVEMENT TOWARDS THE WEST.
