TORNADO WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF

   SOUTHWEST OKLAHOMA                           
   NORTHWEST AND NORTHCENTRAL TEXAS                              

EFFECTIVE THIS SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING FROM 445 PM UNTIL
1000 PM CDT.

TORNADOES...HAIL TO 3 INCHES IN DIAMETER...THUNDERSTORM WIND GUSTS
TO 80 MPH...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS.

THE TORNADO WATCH AREA IS ALONG AND 85 STATUTE MILES EAST AND WEST
OF A LINE FROM 30 MILES NORTHWEST OF FORT SILL OKLAHOMA TO 65 MILES
SOUTH OF WICHITA FALLS TEXAS.

REMEMBER...A TORNADO WATCH MEANS CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE FOR

MAX APPROACHES AREA FROM THE SW.  STRONG MOISTURE CONVERGENCE ON
LEADING EDGE OF MCS THAT HAS MOVED SEWD INTO WRN OK WILL AID STORM
DEVELOPMENT.


AVIATION...TORNADOES AND A FEW SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WITH HAIL
SURFACE AND ALOFT TO 3 INCHES.  EXTREME TURBULENCE AXND SURFACE WIND
