SOUTH CENTRAL EMERY COUNTY IN UTAH NORTH CENTRAL WAYNE COUNTY IN UTAH * UNTIL 600 PM MDT * AT 421 PM MDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER EXTREME SOUTH CENTRAL EMERY COUNTY JUST EAST OF GOBLIN VALLEY...WITH LITTLE MOVEMENT. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS AND STREAMS...ROADS AND ROADSIDE CULVERTS. THIS INCLUDES THE MUDDY CREEK AND WILD HORSE CREEK.
